You have to pick yourself literally to pick yourself up mentally.

Don’t get worked up picking yourself apart, work in, and pick yourself up.

You don’t live your best life, your best self creates your best life.

Lack of belief leads to a lack of action which leads to procrastination.

Peace is not something you get because of what you do, it’s something you have to cultivate through who you are.

We cannot be at peace looking for it outside of us, it must be something we cultivate inside of us.

Our best self is not something we find, but someone we release.

Let go of the shackles of all the things you believe you need to be free.

The cognitive distortions we have is in relation to the dissociation between what we know we can do and what we actually do.

Pursuit to be happy or be happy so you can create and cultivate.

Information without positive and constructive affirmations only leads to procrastination.
