Detail the desired actions [Routine] that you’ll do when you recognize the cue.

Discover the Automatic Scriptsof your Subconscious Mind and create a constructive version of any destructive script.

  • Listen to your new constructive scripts with belief and faith that it reflects your philosophy.

Set a Reward- Enjoy something you like when you do something “you don’t like” - Attach what you love with what you hate so you can do what you hate.

Maintain by thinking about the philosophy behind every action. What will this action do to my philosophy?
