On today's episode of Meal Prep Sundays, I bring Dr.Love to give you some insight on a simple meal prep hack you can utilize: ---- Start with rice and beans Steam some veggies Chop up a salad Take the leavings of the salads (skins of the fruits and veggies) and save until the end of the week.
