Don’t get it wrong: you have to will yourself through daily life challenges and ill habits. But it’s not where you start, what I truly meant in this video is that you have to tap into your belief systems before you can truly accomplish what you’re trying to. No matter how much you will yourself out of something, if the way you see yourself doesn’t match your will, it’s simply willingness not will. That’s why people will theirselves to go the gym for three months and then quit because they never truly believed it was possible for them. So yes you need to be willing and have will but the deep work has to be done first.
