I believe that we all have automatic settings, some people call it values or ways of the subconscious mind. I call it automatic settings because it serves as your restore feature when you fall off track out of your normal way of being. So within your health/life journey, if you lack consistency, you can always depend on your restore point to get back on track. What happens when you don't have this feature? You cannot restore to a point you never had. My message for you today is to realize that our world is too toxic to leave our health in the hands of generalized information, we need to reform our ways of being and start to go towards the path of a healthier life. We need to make it our responsibility to live up to a certain set of guidelines and principles we've structured for ourselves. We need to know that although we will fall off track, we will get back on the pathway towards great health.
