This is a season to fight for holiness.
On the other side of holiness is intimacy with God — where He whispers direction, becomes a lamp unto your feet, and keeps you from walking in darkness. Those who walk with the Lord are like trees planted by water, and rivers of living water flow from within them.
Darkness tries to steal your months. The locust tries to steal your years. But when you are rooted in righteousness and seek God’s face, repeating cycles of darkness are broken.
You will not fall. You will not die. You will live in righteousness and proclaim the works of the Lord.
