What is Meditation and how to do it | The Holistic Motivator on the Health Channel

What does it mean to meditate? Google defines meditation as thinking deeply or focusing one's mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation. But I disagree, I believe meditation is experiencing deeply.
